As the first friendly face you see when you walk through our doors, Karen brings warmth, professionalism, and efficiency to our front desk.

Karen is a fixture in our practice. She worked with former practice owner, Mr. Johan van Graan, for over 4 decades and shares a genuine connection with many of our older patients, their children and even their grandchildren!

Whether she’s helping you schedule appointments, understand your medical aid benefits, or teaching you to handle and care for your contact lenses, Karen will simply make you feel at home.
